Please read our Cancellation Policy before booking any tours or tour packages via Fez Day Trips. While booking any tour on our website you can always make a cancellation whenever you want, but please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Also, note that the details of transportation (the vehicle change) will not be shared with you. In case of certain circumstances, there can be minor changes in a tour plan.

The traveler must notify the travel agency as soon as possible if cancellation is required. We recommend each traveler read and review the cancellation policy.

The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. If your booking can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer to review the cancellation policy fully.

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date you make Cancellation Request and travel service start date.

All cancellations must be made directly with Fez Day Trips, not third party tour providers

Reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via PayPal. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
